These dealer businesses have some unusual transaction types that present difficulties when using generic accounting software products. Examples include: self bills and part exchange credits, part exchange overtrades, used machinery/vehicle refurbishment costs, volume bonus rebates, out of season finance schemes and warranty claims.

IBCOS Gold is specifically designed to handle all these scenarios without workarounds and manual intervention. In addition IBCOS´ strong relationships with many of the manufacturers and importers/distributors have led to the development of many electronic links and interfaces between the dealers system and their suppliers.

Our market research shows that while all dealers want and need the benefits of a business management system, not all of them require the full suite of IBCOS Gold functions, and some wanted a lower entry point on cost. So we launched Gold Lite to put the IBCOS experience within reach of all dealers.
